Hayrettin Keskin

Hayrettin Keskin has a degree from Ankara University Faculty of Political Sciences.

Keskin started his professional career as an assistant auditor at Garanti Bankasi where he also continued his career as authorized assistant auditor and auditor. He then worked in theGaranti Bankasi as an assistant manager between 1988-1992 and took a significant role in the transition process to computerized banking. He also served as the manager of various branches of the same bank.

Keskin has attended to various seminars and training programs during his professional life. He currently holds Corporate Governance Rating and Credit Rating Licenses granted by the CMB.

Kerime Nesrin Baydar

Kerime Nesrin Baydar studied economics at Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Uludag University.

Baydar started her professional career as an assistant auditor at Garanti Bankasi in 1985, where she then worked in human resources, regional management and credit management departments (1988-1993) and undertook the manager position of a number of branches (1993-2002).

Baydar successfully completed several training programmes during her professional career. She was also participated in various projects, such as automation of banking services. She gave training in the areas of banking and credits during her professional life as well.

Baydar currently holds Governance Rating and Credit Rating Licenses granted by the CMB.

F. Şahver Kabil

F. Sahver Kabil has a degree in Mathematical Engineering from Istanbul Technical University. She started her professional career in credit allocation and internal/external reporting systems in Garanti Bankasi Credit Management (1985-1992). She worked as the manager of Corporate Credits and Marketing Department at Bank Ekspres between 1992-2001 while she led the establishment of credit risk management process of Tekfenbank as the head of the Credit Risk Committee between 2001 and 2006. Later on she worked in the area of allocation and monitoring of corporate credits. During her professional career, Kabil received training in banking and risk management from national and international institutions while she also gave training on Banking Law, Advanced Credit Techniques and Basel I-II.

Kabil has Corporate Governance Rating Licence Granted by the CMB.

Kabil has memberships in various professional societies.

Z. Nermin Uyar

Nermin Uyar started her professional life in Izmir Foreign Transactions Branch of Ziraat Bankasi. She worked as a senior officer in foreign transactions, in financial analysis and marketing departments, then as a manager in credit monitoring department in Interbank. She served as manager and assistant manager in different branches of Esbank. During 2000-2007 period Uyar undertook some financial and organizational consultancy work in the tourism sector.

Uyar attended to a number of training programs on credit evaluation and assessment, risk analysis, project finance, capital market transactions, fund management, and management and organization.

Uyar has Corporate Governance Rating Licence Granted by the CMB.

Uyar, graduated from Dokuz Eylul University Faculty of Economics and has a master’s degree in Money and Banking from Istanbul University.

Aylin Soydan

Aylin Soydan studied Industrial Engineering at Istanbul Technical University.

Soydan has a Master’s degree in Economics at Istanbul University where she also worked in the Public Finance Department of Faculty of Political Sciences for five years. Soydan received a scholarship from Middlesex University and continued her studies in London. She holds a PhD in Economics and has a number of conference papers and journal articles.

Soydan has both Corporate Governance Rating and Credit Rating Licenses granted by the CMB.

Ahmet GENÇER

Ahmet Gençer is graduated from Business Administration of Erciyes University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.He began his professional career at Garanti Bankası as assistant auditor in 1986. Then he continued his duty in credit management department as an assistant manager between 1992-1994. He started to work as a branch manager at Toprak Bank in 1994 and held the branch manager positions in various branches at the same Bank between 1994-2002.He joined Şekerbank in 2002 as a branch manager and has worked in various branches of Bank.( 2002-2013)

He succesfully completed numerous professional training programs which was provided by the Bank and other institutaions during his professional career.He also gave training in the areas of banking and credits during his Banking career.

Gençer currently holds Credit Rating License granted by the CMB and he also has the license of Certified General Accountant, Certified Public Accountant (CPA).He was authorized by Public Oversight, Accounting, and Auditing Standards Authority as independent auditor.
